Had some storm windows and screen repaired. Took them in on a Sat. Left silicone all over the glass. Don't know what the silicone was needed for? The weather seal was poorly cut and fitted. Corners not cut at 45 degrees, and seams open. Screen was also siliconed in place. No rubber strip used. Paid $50 for poor work. Next time I'll wait for a weekday and take it to Aluma-roll, and pay much less The counter help then gave me attitude when I returned them for correction.. Not the first time they did that. Excellent!! Locally owned harware store. – This is the place I go to for all my hardware needs. Some how they always seem to have what I need even though it appears to be a small store! Most of the gentleman that work there are nice & very helpful! "but" like any business there's one or two people that make u feel stupid when u don't know or understand something. That can be easily avoided by searching out the right employee I like! So please visit Blacks Hardware the next time you think about Lowe's or Home Depot.

Great Hardware Store – This is by far my favorite hardware store. Their prices are average but the atmosphere and customer care is beyond excellent. Many business these days just want a persons money. While that is ok, it is part of any business and normal, Blacks Hardware understands and shows that the customer is what matters.
