What a friendly, professional outfit. First class customer service. Had a need to extend valves on my motorhome, they sent me with a smile to the parts firm where I could get the required valves, then offered to fit them if I had any issues. I returned and they did just that. The job was not as straightforward as usual, but the guys found a solution and fitted both types. To top it all off they refused to charge me for their time and effort. Could not recommend them highly enough.
I don't often write reviews, but I have had exceptional service from Nathan and Margaret from Black Rubber. Both went above and beyond in assisting me buy and transport my tyres. Their prices were the lowest I could find, and I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent service. I will recommend this company to my friends and family, and will return for my next purchase.
