Went in as a walk in waited for a hour they didn’t mention anything about being appointment only just to tell me they can’t cut my hair. What a waste of time. Don’t come to this place

Set up an appointment today for 11:15. The barber Victor said he will there at 11:30 and he is “on his way” at 11:28. I waited half an hour until noon with no notification of where he was and I just cancelled the appointment and went downstairs to Gradience instead. If you can’t make it at all, at least have the decency to leave a message saying that you won’t be there or message how late you’re running instead of just texting “on my way” and wasting people’s time.

So it's been a year it's Xmas and I happen to not have a fresh cut as I'm shopping so I decided to give this place another shot as it's also ran by a fellow friend and entrepreneur that I know.
