Most amazing store with the best customer service. I’ve never experienced a better and more personalized service in all of Toronto / GTA. Prince and Nina are an amazing team- thank you for all the help with finding the missing pieces for our home
Do not order online! You will never get your order and the customer service is non existent. They don’t care about you or your order. They will say they will call you back but never do. It’s been 8 months of waiting for an item that was supposed to be 2-4weeks as per their website and my order has now been canceled.
I recently visited Black Rooster’s new location at The Well, and I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of their furniture. The selection is unique, elegant, and truly top-shelf. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for to elevate my home. If you're looking for high-end, curated pieces for your home with a personalized shopping experience, this is THE place to go in Toronto. Highly recommend.
Visited the store yesterday. Not greeted by staff when we entered or left. No warm welcome at all. Would not return. The staff member was just staring at his phone the whole time. Beautiful store and furniture. Just poor customer service.
Do NOT shop there at all cost! The owner Nina will willfully lie to you about delivery times knowing perfectly you will never get your furniture. Making up stories about cargo coming to Vancouver changing dates every 3 weeks. When the cargo finally made it to Vancouver, we were told that it was on the way but then, turn of events, the cargo only had 30 pieces instead of 100.
