When I first contacted Black Rock, they assured me they could help with my case and said they handle situations like mine all the time, including settlement agreements. However, after checking the court records online, it clearly states “without prejudice.” Despite this, I still paid $1,000 and drove all the way to Tampa, only to sit for 30 minutes before someone finally reviewed my documents and told me they couldn’t help because of that same detail. I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. They initially responded via email to one set of my questions, which I appreciated. However, after I sent a follow-up with additional, more specific questions about my case, I received no response or attempt to discuss them further.
