Most of these reviews are clearly from short-term vacation renters or for people who are confusing these condos with Black Rock Mountain Resort next door. Google has this place listed as a hotel due to all the vacation rentals; it is not a hotel. The condos and townhomes are individually owned. If you're thinking about buying one of these condos or renting one long-term, you should definitely rethink your decision unless perhaps you're going to be living on the top floor.
