We had a great dinner at the Overlook Bar! Carlos and Josh were awesome in all aspects of service and hospitality! Ernesto's food just keeps getting better!

The resort itself is awesome and very nice; however, the bar staff and wait staff have almost no customer service skills and are in serious need of training. We dealt with three different bartenders, and unfortunately, all had terrible service. The biggest issue was the constant waiting—waiting for a check, waiting for a drink, waiting just to be asked if we wanted food. The room had a good view but the bed was uncomfortable and dinner at the inside restaurant was great!
