Do not buy a vehicle from here! They provide faked vehicle inspections when there are multiple issues wrong with a vehicle. We purchased a vehicle from here this year, and after multiple trips back to this location to have these issues "fixed", we are having to pay a different shop to actually fix the vehicle. Horrible customer service and 100% percent lies from the mechanic at Black Rock. Avoid at all costs!!
I recently bought a car from Troy, not only is he a friendly dude. He sales with his heart. I’ve worked in the automotive business for over 6 years. So not only do I know dealers but I know mechanics. His prices are not only competitive but they cars are in awesome condition. I love the car I bought and don’t regret a cent I paid for it. Overall he has that family feel to him and not the usually shark. I recommend a couple friends to him already and will continue to do so.
I have to say this was the best dealership that I have been to. Troy was very honest about the vehicles he had on his lot. I drove 2 hours just to look.. Troy made it all worth the drive and I came home with a vehicle that I'm in love with.
