I lived in the BR Freight House for 2 years and enjoyed our time there. They are very responsive to issues and have a phone/web app that lets you communicate with management very easily. It was great being in a newly renovated apartment in a historic building. While the street does not have a lot on it, it is walkable to Amherst Street and Niagara street. It is also very close to a few bike paths and the new protected bike lane on Niagara Street.

This was a great space to live. Very open, spacish, and modern. Easy communication with property management, and very responsive. Check them out!

We have lived here for 5 weeks . Car has been broken into twice with management not really being concerned at all .All they had to say is that it's been an on goin problem that they cant resolve. If you want to worry about goin somwhere for the weekend or not knowing if when you wake up if your car will be drivable I'd recommend these apartments for sure . Talked with a few tenants here and there cars have also been broken into multiple times great place.

Whoever idea was it to make that building into apartments is a genius. It’s beautiful, the street is fixed up, there’s a bar next to it which brings business. I’m impress. Great job.
