I ordered on the DoorDash app for pick up, not delivery on 7/9 at 4:40 at the Chaklov location. Husband goes to pick it up and went through the drive through just to get yelled at by some blonde in her early 20s that he needs to go inside as "it says it in the app". First off, didn't see that in the app, and then when I went and looked further (on the confirm pick up page) I saw where it says that and "or the drive through". Wife orderd off u pick up app on door dash. Pulled up not a single car there. Went thru drive thru pulled up to window and the lady snapped at me and told me I was supposed to pick up my order by walking in nit thru drive thru. Told her sorry didnt know that my wife ordered it and I was just picking it up. Lady walked away with a snarky look. By far the rudest customer service I have had in a long time.
