I've stopped in for meetings and just to grab a coffee. The staff here are super friendly and upbeat. The coffee is great. I tried a pastry and was not enamored with it, so I tend to stick to just having a plain coffee. I'm able to get in and out pretty quickly, too. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. The outside area seems very open for dogs to come and hang out on your coffee run. The interior has a long table for having a meeting or even spreading out to get some work done. Not a fan of the food items here. Service can be a little slow some AMs. The people here are super nice and friendly. Edit: Harlee is an outstanding employee. She gets customer service and making it right. I had a leak in my cup yesterday and casually brought it up because I was so sad that half ended up in my cup holder and I wanted every last drop! I love coming to Black Rock because of the Fuel options, but the service at this location has gone down significantly. Having 2 people working during peak hours is not only unfair to your customers but also to your staff. I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. More and more often this location seems to have issues with staffing. I don’t have time to wait 25 minutes in a drive thru before work.
