High quality work by very knowledgeable craftspeople. Attentive to detail and up-to-date on heating/cooling (double-wall construction is super efficient), ventilation, radon mitigation. Black Rock took care of everything that was left out of the blueprints and built a house that was better than the one I planned.

I used Black Rock Builders a few months ago and was extremely happy with their services. My father had begun building a new home on the property and unexpectedly passed away mid project. The general contractor who had been working on the project left the first floor and lots of very expensive supplies open and exposed to the elements.
