Fun experience, friendly staff, clean facilities, amazing food experience
All around excellent experience, with the exception of their tip policy. I understand that it is customary for an auto gratuity with a large party, but their policy is to split 3 ways. So, our waitress only gets 6% of the tip. That's bs. Of course we left her more (LISA WAS EXCEPTIONAL), but to only give 1/3 of the mandatory gratuity to our waitress is appalling.
Went there for dinner with my wife Friday night. Literally the worst steak I've ever had. Ordered Mid Rare. Came out ultra rare. Asked them to please cook it up to medium rare as ordered. Came back super tough and horrible seasoning. Almost like it was microwaved. Spoke to the manager who was friendly enough but cut me off to change the subject about something completely irrelevant. He did comp the steak, but he should have. We wont be back.
How can you not have hot water for tea, really??? Unfortunately had no lamb( 2/2/26)
I was traveling and it was my first time going there. Haven't been back yet, but I can't wait to try the one in Hilliard Ohio.
