What beautiful team of staff this clinic has. Our much loved family pet Waffle was rescued at 18 months old. His teeth were in poor condition and after trying two other Vets over quite a few years we were relieved to finally be referred to this clinic. All the staff are so very kind and caring. Unfortunately our little one took sick at 10 years old. It was an emotionally horrendous week and the staff couldn't have been kinder. I cannot recommend this team of vets enough. They are compassionate and honest and every vet I have dealt with here has been so lovely. Nala had been treated at Black Rock for many years and as she got older was diagnosed with Megacolon. Dr Juliette and her team were so helpful in managing and treating Nala and on many occasions went out of their way to provide me with advice from their additional research they had done on other cats with her condition.
