I am so happy to take my cat or dog there, they just today made an appointment for my cat when he was having an emergency. Can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism and care with my pets.
This past week I had to let go one of my cats, the team here had made the process so smooth. One of the easiest ones I have experienced, while letting go of a loved one. Thank you ladies for this through this rough time.
Dr. Eric was so kind and thoughtful when we had to put our little buddy to rest. They handled it so well. So much respect for them.
I called first thing Monday morning after worrying about my cat all weekend, and they were able to get him in for an appointment that morning. Every staff member I encountered was so nice; the lady on the phone, the lady at the front desk, the assistant in the room, and Dr Eric himself. Dr Eric took his time examining my cat and explaining his diagnosis to me. The assistant even showed me and my daughter how to give my cat pills without causing too much stress on him.
