We reached out to Black River because they were local and we had several trees in our backyard that we wanted removed. Amanda reached out quickly to schedule a time for Mike to come out and take a look. We had our quote within an hour of him leaving and were on the books for him and his team to come out just 2 days later. Amanda was great at coordinating a quote and scheduling me for 11 trees to be cut down. Mike and his crew did a great job with everything and they took great care with the cleanup. I would highly recommend them

Mike and his team were incredible! So much so, that I requested that they return for a second job. Unfortunately, the process of scheduling a quote the second time was frustrating. I reached out to schedule a second job, and there was a lack of communication and effort to come give me a quote. They had very limited time and their few requests were very last minute and I was not available. The gentleman who arrived at my home had all the tools and experience necessary to get the job done quickly and safely. When they were done I couldn’t even tell that they were there! Excellent crew. Will use them again.
