I went in because I was in severe abdominal pain the doctor who came in Tracy sanson to see me was extremely condescending and disrespectful (the pain I was in was making it so i was urinating myself because i couldn’t feel the sensation to pee over all the pain I also could barely walk) she was rude and told me “crying won’t fix anything” while I was in pain I waited over 3 hours before another doctor came in and offered me pain medication to help. This was the best emergency experience that I have ever had. The staff treated me like I was there only child. I spent a total of 12 hours in the ER due to scheduling conflict with other hospitals and they were able to keep me comfortable and content. This is the only ER I will go to in the area. Until next time!!!!

We had the best experience you can at an ER. From the receptionist all the way to the doctor. My wife had a serious injury and the complete staff was so helpful and the bed side manner is second to none. Their knowledge and professionalism really helped in a time of need!

I went in for high blood pressure 194/118 and the provider said it was my anxiety and she can’t help me with anything there today for blood pressure. She said she could only give me a bag of IV fluids for my headache if I wanted so I declined. She also asked about if I’ve taken Benadryl before for my anxiety (what a joke if you actually have anxiety) I started to cry due to hearing she couldn’t help me and the stress of anxiety to begin with. Brought my 2 year old into urgent care for pink eye this evening, nurse brought us back to a room 2+ hours ago and still are yet to see or hear from a doctor. Do not recommend bringing children here. Next time I’ll take the hour drive to a more time efficient hospital/urgent care. Round trip to a further place would probably get us home sooner then brf memorial has.
