We just bought the most beautiful Show Koi fish that we can’t wait to put in our new pond!
Went with my mom and sister on Father’s Day to get some koi, plants and other pond items for my dad. We had the best time and William (I think that is his name) was so personable and helpful. We showed him pictures of the pond and how we were having a hard time keeping it clear he recommended the Pond Bomb and now I owe the man a cake - we’ve never in 5 years been able to get this thing clear. Today was our first visit to Black River Koi. We drove nearly an hour and are so happy we found this gem! The customer service was phenomenal! William went the extra mile to help is to pick just the right lilies for our pond. He also shared some great products to help us keep our pond clear! We will definitely be returning customers. It was our first time at Black River Koi and it will not be our last. William was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained the principles of koi keeping. Not to mention his stock of fish are amazing.
Yes my son was there today he is deaf ! He said he got a lot of information that he needed this is his first pond sooo he is just learning pep and con 👍 he came home with 4 small koi we will see !!
