They put me on hold about 30 minutes never answer
That receptionist Sara is horrible! She has poor communication and customer service skills. I called about 2 minutes ago. I needed 2 things. A refill and a PA ( prior authorization). I just came to this office less than a month ago. I will leave them like I left the other Dr office because they hire front desk help, that lacks compassion. I have been coming here for years and today had the worst experience ever. I wasn’t even at the facility yet… my problem was with the front desk trying to make an appointment. She told me to hold which I had no problem with. I was on hold for almost an hour.. I understand being busy as I’m in the customer industry. She was genuinely concerned about my well-being, and her calm and reassuring demeanor made every visit stress-free. She always takes the time to listen and understand my concerns, and when she doesn't have the answers, she will seek them elsewhere for the exact treatment I need. I wouldn't replace her for the world because she's caring and compassionate, and that's why I truly love her.
