I want to start off by saying the front staff puts you on hold for prolonged periods of time and they are not friendly at all. Secondly, I will never be bringing my son there again. We have been dealing with him being extremely fussy and not himself at all. I brought him there numerous times and was repeatedly disregarded. Receptionist is rude and doesn’t give clear communication. I had called 3 times and put on hold and hung up on every time i had called. Idk what is up with them, I know they are not that busy to not answer anyone’s calls! This is ridiculous
I do wish you could post recordings of phone calls, and screenshots of hold times on this review. All together was on hold for 35 minutes, hung up twice, and yelled at, "all by Anna 12/30/2025". Anna is proof that Black River needed something with a pulse to fill a position! My last office visit wasn't a great experience checking in. You really get the vibe that ones ethnicity plays a huge roll when checking in, and that is crazy to me. Once you make it past the front its great. Doctors and nurses are fabulous.
They put me on hold about 30 minutes never answer
That receptionist Sara is horrible! She has poor communication and customer service skills. I called about 2 minutes ago. I needed 2 things. A refill and a PA ( prior authorization). I just came to this office less than a month ago. I will leave them like I left the other Dr office because they hire front desk help, that lacks compassion. They should put her in the back office so she doesn’t interact with the patients. People call in for different reasons, their job is to assist. On the other hand! I love my two Doctors.
