From the moment I met Mrs. Sara Sutton Meyer, I felt an overwhelming sense of connection. She was genuinely concerned about my well-being, and her calm and reassuring demeanor made every visit stress-free. She always takes the time to listen and understand my concerns, and when she doesn't have the answers, she will seek them elsewhere for the exact treatment I need. I wouldn't replace her for the world because she's caring and compassionate, and that's why I truly love her.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support at Blackriver Family Practice. I have been trying for multiple attempts to get my son’s urology prescription faxed to them through Aeroflow Urology, but they keep claiming they are not receiving the fax. When I asked what we should do if they continue not to receive it, they had no clear solution. My appointments are continuously canceled without notice. I'll show up for my appointment only to be told my provider isn't there. They claim to have called me but I received no such call. I'm not the only one this has happened to. They've done the same thing to my mother multiple times. I waited months for my appointment and I needed blood work done due to a preexisting condition and when I arrived I told I wouldn't be able to be seen.

I couldn't get them to pick up the phone at all. I needed a referral from my primary doctor to get some custom made inserts for my shoes.
