On July 4th, after the terrible storm on July 3rd, the generator stopped. I called Black River, and they immediately responded with a time of service on the holiday. Fortunately, they were able to fix the problem. Such a relief!
Our generator stop operating unexpectedly and we were referred to Chris who responded in a very timely way. He worked in cool rainy nighttime conditions to repair our generator. My family and I are very grateful for his efforts.
Came out when our generator failed on Holiday Weekend. Arrived quickly after we contacted them. Diagnosed and fixed the issue fast. Would highly recommend.
The Black River technician, Anderson Ceballos, arrived on time and started work immediately. He was extremely efficient and very courteous. Advised periodically of his progress, as well as when the job was completed.
