We contacted Black River Drain on a Friday night for a backup of our septic and Dakota came right out. He knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. Very respectful, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Very reasonable pricing but best of all, he came out to help with no hesitation on a Friday evening. We will definitely recommend him and use him in the future. Thank you Dakota!
They are terrific. Timely, courteous, priced reasonably, and did the job quickly. They installed a back flow to prevent storm sewer from coming back up during hard storms. It worked beautifully during the hard storms this week. I would highly recommend. They also have a financing program which is super helpful for a surprise problem.
Dakota is extremely knowledage. He educated me throught the proccess and made me feel safe and secure. Defintily a expert in his feild. Will be coming back again!
We used Black River Drain twice now. They are easy to get a hold of, they come to your house fast. Dakota is a hard worker; very knowledgeable and fair. They were recommended to me, and I will recommended them to anyone. They are awesome!!!
Dakota came out and fixed a water pipe leak outside plus a pipe issue with the septic both on the same day. He did a fine job and the price was reasonable. He cleaned up everything and is always great to answer questions when they arise.
