My hurricane shutter repair over the garage failed and Alex repaired it on a Saturday afternoon. He was very helpful, and I will definitely use his service again.
There is so much wrong with Black Rhino I don't even know where to begin; let me first begin with the fact that I have been waiting almost a year to have new windows installed. The owner has had multiple teams sent to my house and on two separate occasions the workers came totally unprepared, no one spoke english and they decided top leave without doing anything and leaving my window outside in the rain. management changed here and they are awful. They installed shutters on our small apartment in January/February 2018. The shutters are controlled by a remote and got stuck in the up position. They came out to "Fix it" and burnt out the motor. They now told us that they terminated their relationship with the motor company and we are out of luck. $5000 down the tube to an incompetent company.
