They used to be good but have gone downhill significantly. Bought one a few years back and it was great so thought I'd get another. Paid for "Expedited" and a few months later cancelled the order. They respond quickly but it's never good news. They first tell you "It's in production," then "It'll be a week or two, thank you for your patience," then a month later they creat a "Shipping label" but never give USPS the holster. A LOT of people recently have had shipping and quality issues. Beware
I have 2 holsters and a dial mag carrier that cracked. They have a lifetime warranty…supposedly…When I contacted them, they said I had to send them in, and they would “adjust” them. These are my two EDC holsters, and I cant be without them. Their lead time is terrible. I have super glued them, which seems to be holding. I will not be buying their products to replace these cracked ones. The dual mag carrier cracked in two places!!!
Not only is there product top notch but there customer service is top of the line! I could not not recommend them more.
