Sean told us our frame parts kept not arriving and then he said was remodeling the store last weekend and couldn't work on our print until this weekend. He didn't return our emails about what time this weekend. We went to the store today to check on the time and the store was empty. We called management and they said he no longer has a store there. We lost our deposit. He hasn't returned our messages or called us We're so disappointed.

Sean is awesome! I recently purchased a house and have brought all my framing to him. He does an impeccable job and has an incredible eye for detail. The place for framing in Rochester.

Absolutely love the work Sean did with some concert prints. Incredibly friendly and helpful - everything turned out fantastic. Planning on bringing more there this week. Great price, great service and great work - would highly recommend.

I recently went to Black Radish Studio to have some car related items framed. Sean worked with me to design the perfect layout and he made some stellar suggestions that made the end result an absolute home run. I ended up with a fantastic Christmas gift, and at a very reasonable price. Top notch work, and excellent service, what more could you ask for?
