This realestate is a joke, nothing but lies to for 12 months not only to myself but other buisness trying to dp the right thing. If there was ever a proplem you couldnt get in contact with anyone from the branch or emergency contacts. Could never provide proof of receipts for any work they had claimed been done on the property but were happy for tenant to have everyrhing fixed paid for and receipted. If no stars were available thats what they would have recevied im not even comftable with the 1 star i gave them.
Black Property has been a great agency to deal with over the 5+ years I have been a tenant. They were consistently professional, responsive to repair needs, clear communication and we were treated with care and equanimity.
best thing I ever did was switch my property management over to these guys.. very professional and great communication.. I cannot recommend them enough
