Installed a new outdoor water hydrant which required drilling a small hole and digging for a line from the hot water heater in my garage to the new split hydrant. They also did a smoke test, fixed water pressure on guest house shower and emptied pea trap under bathroom sink. They were prompt, very polite and professional. My only disappointment was that they left a mess from the smoke test and did not clean that up. I was not physically able so I paid another helper to do that.
My air conditioner quit cooling my house. It would cool to about 78° and would run constantly without cooling the house. I called Black Plumbing Heating and Air. When I called I got an answer instead of an answering machine, mind you I called on a weekday during regular hours and mostly got a machine from other companies. Fast service AC replacement with propane heat. AC went out Friday morning after storm they had new unit in by Monday and replaced outside unit and inside unit as well and cleaned up! could not have asked for any better repair man. Thank you very much! There was no hassle none whatsoever. And I was set up on a payment plan less than 150.00 monthly, Can't ask for service any better, they will take care of you in a fast manner with know hassles. Thank you very much!
