I have a spa I purchased through Costco that required service. The manufacturer of the spa contracts with Black Pine to do the service in the Seattle area. Costco, Strong and Black Pine Spas were all great. Black Pine even helped educate me on how to care for the spa, from when to change the filter, keeping the valves/jets open and how often to treat the water, etc. I can't say enough about how well my experience was with Black Pine.
As a coordinator for the installation and service of my brother in laws swim spa and hot tub, I have found Black Pine always ready to give advise and assistance. Even after three years of usage, the service from this company has always been friendly, timely and ready to help. A rare thing in todays business world.
I purchased an Artisian Island hot tubfrom Michael in August 2012. Michael is very knowledgeable about hot tubs, and was not pushy during the sales process. After buying the hot tub, Michael kept all his promises about timing, delivery, and special deals. Their customer service is extraordinary and their delivery staff are very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Black Pine Spas to everyone.
We purchased a 4 person spa from Black Pine when we were downsizing. Since then we needed to have a warranty repair done. They solved the problem quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to my friends gladly!
Black Pine Spa is a great place to purchase your new Spa, their team is headed up by Mike and Kasha and their entire staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. When we walked into Black Pine Spa we had never even looked at a hot tub and we honestly knew nothing about how they are built, how to care for the tub or what features to look for before making a purchase.
