The lady yesterday in the counter , me and my friend bought a winter clothes was very rude , and she asked me that i wa s filipino and i said yes , and thin she asked me again , that are you a permanent here , i was shocked ! the way she dealt with customer is very rude and races ! i dont recommend there for any customers at all . Not very pleasant was horrible .thumps down you girl 😡i dont like the way you talk to customer at all.attitude is the best is the best if you are in the business.
Sad to hear that this store is closing. The staff since opening have been friendly and helpful with their advice without being pushy. Pity you are closing too far to travel to Orange when just looking for a last minute top up/revamp to my wardrobe. You lovely ladies will be sadly missed.
Went in mid afternoon to cool down and catch up when quiet. Also to check if they anything for me. Always friendly, helpful and with a smile. Janelle yesterday, Lyn last week who also helped considerably with her advice. They both know when you need help and when to leave you alone to browse which is a skill some people never learn.
