First time experience with my mother in this outlet. Very polite friendly helpful sales staff. A good range of clothing, some at great reductions, although disappointing that the store does not match online prices of identical items. Review apparently do not offer returns at all. I purchased a blue and white mosaic long dress for $149, only to notice the dress is online reduced to $99 Quite disappointing as you would assume a factory outlet would be honouring current clearance prices.
Behind the doors is a huge range of discounted clothing. Good quality and excellent price. Helpful staff .
U can spend hours in this place and easily loose track of time. They have so many items for men & women.
