BEWARE. Black Pearl representative Kristen Fayak promised that if my husband, who was very ill, died before we needed care the next week, she would tear up our deposit check. He died the next day. They cashed the check. No one will answer phone calls or letters. I am pursuing Small Claims court but that costs. I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE WHO PREY ON THE EMOTIONALLY DISTRAUGHT RELATIVES OF THE ILL AND DYING>
A company that cares. Willing to go the extra mile. Would recommend them to family and friends.
