Purchased a $3,000 pendant to honor my sister's passing. Super sweet service at time of sale. Pendant was defective, scratching my skin as diamond point being too low at back of setting. After multiple attempts to reach salesperson, hoping he was ok since he seemed so nice, I privately reached the jeweler who made the pendant & she apologized, was gracious, very helpful & kind. I'm only writing this in hopes they come around with aloha for future customers... but I purchased a pendant for $3,000 & it was defective & unwearable. After multiple attempts to contact the sweet man who sold it to me I contacted jeweler herself & she was wonderful. The store never replied even after I emailed & called & left him a message with goodwill hoping he was ok. I am saddened to be left with such a terrible experience with this store.
