Took my situation at face value, not what was written down on paper and was able to provide me with accommodation within 10 days of my first enquiry. Charlotte was amazing and kept me up to date at every step. Could not be more grateful. Would definitely recommend!
You get what you pay for. Always takes Kayleigh and Lydia a long time to get back to you, don't give very much notice before sending contractors in and try to sting you with deposits. A house that we'd left pretty clean cost almost £400 to clean. They said a quarter of this went towards cleaning the oven and extractor fan, which didn't really work when we moved in. Would recommend spending a little more time looking for a better agency who won't try to rip you off.
They helped me and my friends out of a bad situation. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the people that work here. Lovely group of women and I will be definitely going back to them next year. Thank you so much for what you have done.
Amazing from my very first enquiry to the day the tenancy was signed. All staff were so friendly and professional. It was made super easy and stress free. Never thought renting a house out would be so easy and quick. They Sorted all the stressful stuff which really helped. I Would highly recommend. Thanks to Kayleigh, Lydia and Craig
