The whole process of ordering from Black Patch Performance was very good and they really take the time to make sure everything is set up for you to receive a bumper. My bumper showed up with a few scratched spots from the freight shipping, and when I contacted them they immediately made it right. The bumper is very high quality and the service was great. I would absolutely recommend this company.
Ordered a product, then they sent a cancellation because they wanted me to jump through other hoops of verification. Then I verified, then they didn’t do anything. Then when you call them, they don’t seem to really be real. You’ve got Burt Reynolds AI talking to you, there’s nothing legitimate sounding about this business
