Emma did a wonderful job! The best I have ever seen my hair look before. I am taller so it was nice that I was actually comfortable for once in the chair when she washed my hair. My neck didn't feel like it was strained like it normally does. She did a better head massage then the last massage place I went to. I will definitely be going back to see her. Worth every penny.

Today they lost a customer of 3 years. I needed a bang cut quickly for safety as a sports coach and getting hair in my eyes and it takes 5 mins only. I called TWICE and the call didn’t go through so I left a voicemail twice. No call back at all after a full business day. So i drove 45 mins and the new receptionist simply said no we don’t have 5 mins for you.
