If I could give 10 stars I would. I made a mistake and left my credit card at home. Couldnt rent from the rental company. We found Shane and from that point of contact it was amazing communication and fast service. We were given an amazing rate, pick up and drop off was fast, and smooth. The car was very clean, well kept, and ran great. We had a minor issue and within 1 hour the issue was fixed. Every was very efficient! Car was ready and clean. He vacuumed crumbs off the carpet because he keeps them clean. Communicated all the terms and condition clearly .
