I couldn’t recommend Black Optix Tint in North Richmond more highly. I stopped in with an appointment bright and early at 8:30 and the whole process was smooth and efficient — I was in and out in about an hour. From the moment I arrived, Mohamad was incredibly transparent about the different tint options, what each one would look like, and exactly what to expect. I not the one to write reviews but the service here was a 0 out of 10. First off the service was HORRIBLE!!! They didn’t clean the windows before installing the tint. I saw dust between the tint and the glass. On top of that they did not properly cut the tint and air bubbles everywhere as you in the pictures I posted.I told the manager there and he waved me off saying it was normal. About a year ago, I took one of my vehicles to a different Black Optix Tint location and had such a great experience that when it was time to get my truck done, I decided to try the Brook Road location in Richmond. I’m so glad I did — the team here was just as professional, friendly, and attentive as before. They got everything done in under two hours, and the tint looks absolutely perfect. Black Optix Tint in Colonial Heights, VA is the place to go for expert window tinting. Jake and Liam were very thorough and provided the different options available. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend them for your next tint job. Most of all the pricing is reasonable. Thank you guys!!

They do absolutely AMAZING work here, the customer service was impeccable and specifically Ishmael was incredible and very informative and transparent, he showed me all the options before they did my tints and he was very patient with me. My tints look FANTASTIC!! If you’re looking for great work and great customer service please give them a call or just stop by.
