About a year ago, I took one of my vehicles to a different Black Optix Tint location and had such a great experience that when it was time to get my truck done, I decided to try the Brook Road location in Richmond. 10/10 Recommend! Great customer service and friendly as soon as I walked in. Came in for a quote and walked out in under an hour with my car done. I think the photos speak themselves. Great service and a great experience. There was a small miscommunication at first, but they handled it professionally and still gave me a really good deal. The work was fast too, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get your windows tinted.
I never leave reviews but I had to for this spot. Amazing customer service from the front desk, couldn’t have asked for a more smoother transaction. I got the 5% ceramic all around on my 2026 Camry and they did not disappoint. 50% off Black Friday deal so I got it for $200. Only took an hour and a half as well. You really can’t beat this type of quality for the price. Will be coming back for my brow soon 100%. Don’t let the area cloud your judgement these guys are the real deal and worth the trip.
I initially came in for all around tint and was SUPER impressed with the work. Clean lines, no bubbles and when I had a question about a spot, Mohamed addressed it and made a correction on the spot. Given the ability to get a fast appointment and willingness to make a minor correction, I returned to have my rear window decals put on. Again, I was NOT disappointed with the team!
