Brother let me tell you that this outfit earned my respect. Hard to find great work at an affordable price with an actually human nowadays.....boom enter black optix. Came here for a windshield tint because they told me the work was covered by a 1-year warranty and that any issues would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that promise meant nothing. Right after I picked up the car, I noticed the windshield install wasn’t done well—there were obvious bad/wrong cuts on the film. I brought it up immediately. They told me to come back the next day and said they would fix it in the morning.
