The only drawback I experienced was the delay in completion time. However, I understand that projects like this can sometimes take longer than expected due to factors such as parts availability, shop workload, or scheduling delays. Very professional and knowledgeable about services provided.
The one positive was that they were able to get me in for a same-day appointment, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. I waited nearly two hours only to be told that they couldn’t tint my vehicle. I’m not sure why I was asked to fill out a form and confirm my vehicle’s make and model beforehand if they weren’t able to perform the service.
