Tint was done good but some cologne was stolen out of my car don’t think I’ll be back I was a repeat customer I didn’t even call back to complain

🚩🚩Horrible Experience Beware🚩🚩🚩 Took my brand new car to this shop straight from the dealership for tint. The sales rep Destinee O’Neal attempted to hide the scratches on my car. Whenever I called the damages out she mentioned that she attempted to buff it out. I was told to contact Bill the owner the following week. I did so and ended up bringing my car back for him to view the damages. He down played it as it happens often and that knights body shop would fix it as this is the place he sends his customers to.
