I've purchased numerous upgrades though Black Ops Machine for my Can Am X3. All of the parts have been of great quality and craftsmanship. When I made a mistake on one of my orders, I reached out via Email and was lucky enough to get connected with Ian. He made the exchange extremely easy and his communication was top notch, which many companies are seriously lacking these days. Hats off to Ian and the rest of the crew at Black Ops Machine.

I ordered some parts online and recently just went into the store to purchase radius rods. I have to say every experience has been top notch, being in their store for 5 minutes you can tell they are great people. Their products have all been top quality and priced great.

Product arrived as described and packed well. They included a bunch of extra swag in the box! There was an issue with USPS shipping, but that was not the fault of the Black Ops Team. When the package was delayed I reached out for info. Ian was quick to get back to me and was aware of the USPS problem. They shipped a replacement when it appeared the first one was lost and sent me a new tracking number. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this business.
