Extremely friendly and professional. Made my child feel comfortable while she had her ears pierced. They even asked her what music she would like playing to help keep her calm!

Going to Black Opal Piercing is a different experience than any other old piercing place that may seem intimidating, the staff makes you feel at ease right away and they are very knowledgeable about the whole process of the piercings. I’ve gotten a few things done there and they’ve all healed wonderfully. I wish they had a more extensive jewelry selection but other than that I would definitely recommend them.
i got my nose pierced about 6-7 months ago and i recently came into black opal to get a hoop. when i went in, joe (i think) did not tell me there was an extra $10 for the instillation for my hoop. but anyways, when he took my stud out, he dropped the jewel on the floor and couldn’t find it so he gave me a new jewel. i didn’t like the hoop so i took it out and wanted to put the stud back in. i noticed that the jewel didn’t click onto the stud. when joe dropped the jewel, he gave me the wrong gauge. i went to black opal the da... read more
