-Server was very quiet and rarely ever came by despite no one else being around. -Got the Garlic Knots appetizer. Amazing place to come for great food! The staff are a little stand-off but this food makes up! The fastness of the food is like better than fast food service ! Price won’t break the bank
I went with a group of 7 coworkers. Nothing came out together. 3 ppl got the same dish. Each serving was different. Nothing the same size. My coworkers baked ziti was half the size of mine. She left still hungry. 2 of 7 orders were wrong. None of the lunch specials were honored. Baked ziti special for $6.99, we were charged $9.99. Service is severely lacking, food was decent. Complimentary bread sticks were cold and stale. Atmosphere was dead. Building is nice.
Service is lacking, we had a party of 8 and at the time there was one party of 2 and the wait staff were slow to come take our drink orders and food orders. One guest ordered the daily special with the addition of meatballs per the lunch menu and they brought out an entirely different meal. They agreed to eat the meal that was brought out, but wanted meatballs that came with the dish that he ordered, and three meatballs came out on a plate.
