Made an appointment and got stuck at work in a conference call and could not get away to cancel. I had no idea they have a cancellation policy and charge you if you don't notify them. This was not disclosed at the time of make the appointment either. Just be sure that you know they have this policy in place and they do not give any grace for any excuses. I will never go to this business again!

My hair had been burned off from a perm from a salon in Jacksonville. I battled with attempts to “fix” with cuts. It took 10 months but I finally found Natalie. I’m super picky and haven’t had a stylist for years. I’m so happy to finally find someone!!
