Top notch company! Extremely friendly office staff. Vince and his guys could not have been more helpful and polite. Wish more companies had this recipe for customer service!
Called yesterday and spoke with a really nice lady and was told Sophia would call next day with numbers. Today I called back after 2:30 and spoke to someone who in fact was Sophia. By the time I ended the call she had inflated the prices and sounded like it would be after July. I explained to her the pool was around 5 years. I also told her the First Lady I spoke to said leak checking started at 300. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with all the added extras and she was not very friendly.
