Black Oak came out to find a leak and the process of elimination determined it was the commode. Repaired it and it fixed the problem. The Crew was polite and they were very professional. Will recommend them for sure.
I was charged $359.05 for 30' of .5 inch PEX tubing, a couple of PEX couplings, and one galvanized fitting. A total rip off for probably no more than $100 worth of material. Owner would not respond to discuss material pricing. My labor cost was $ 300 for a 2 hrs job which was reasonable.
Installed my water line 6” to about 11” deep…not even below the frost line.
