I called Nathan yesterday evening because one of our springs snapped and he was able to squeeze us in this morning, disaster everted! We cannot thank you enough Nathan. Fantastic customer service explaining everything to us and just being a great all around guy. We are looking forward to installing new doors with you! Keep up the great work!!!
I could not be happier with the work of Nathan and his crew at Black Oak. On top of the excellent installation, the effort and communication throughout the process was top notch. I have already recommended Black Oak to several friends since my new garage door was installed, and will continue to do so. I could not imagine a better experience!
Quick response time, clear communication and service completed as promised. Nathan and Kevin were both very professional and informative. 5 star service all the way. Highly recommend.
These guys deserve a great review! They did such a good job on my old door. They went above and beyond and that’s rare now a days. If you’re on the fence on who to hire don’t be. Black oak is a great company. Thanks nate and crew!
