Had some water damage to framing, drywall and trim and had to rip out and replace a small section of framing and the drywall/trim in the area. Black Oak was responsive even though it was a small job in comparison to other jobs they typically do. They knocked it out quickly and it was all completed inside of a week. They were neat and clean with the work and most importantly it’s all fixed again and looks great.
