They took money upfront and hardly got any work done. Didn't show up on time or at all. Drug out a three week job to three months. Terrible work ethic even when they did show up. King of excuses as to why they couldn't get the work done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Black Oak Properties. Jason (my landlord) offered me a place in a very short amount of time at a reasonable price, and was willing to work with me to get a lease worked out that would fit my schedule, as I am an out-of-state college student. The maintenance worker for my building, Larry, is one of the sweetest and most helpful people I have ever met.
