Great provider. Professional staff. Efficient scheduling with short wait time.
I have tried to find out about a charge and was basically told I was being rude. I paid the charge and my insurance company has no record of it ever being submitted to them. I was told first that my insurance paid 65.00 then I was told it was all kicked back. I have left numerous messages and never get a call back. I was also charged a 20.00 no call, no show fee that day even though I did call and cancel. I got to pay 20.00 for someone's mistake. The staff is very friendly and so kind and Megan(NP) and Owner of black oak clinic and her nurses listens to you very carefully and by the time Megan comes in the room she automatically knows what your symptoms are. If you're looking for a (NP) Megan is the right person to go to. Thank you for all that you do and God continually to bless you.
The ladies in this office have been efficient and kind, without fail. I normally travel for a living so I can say confidently that finding someone like Megan in such a rural area is a rarity to be appreciated. Thanks. y'all.
