Dr Black and her team is amazing.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Black Oak Clinic today. I was scheduled for a 2:15 PM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. I checked in at the front desk without issue. At that time, there was one other person in the waiting area. While I waited, at least two additional women arrived after me. The first woman who had been waiting before me was called back, which was expected. However, one by one, every woman who arrived after me was also called back, while I continued to wait.
