I was very, very pleased with my experience at Black Mountain Veterinary Hospital! They were recommended to me by Catelowna Cat Cafe, and I can absolutely see why they’re one of the trusted clinics they send adopters to. To begin with, the space is very clean, and the front staff are so friendly and welcoming. They checked us in promptly, and told me how cute my animals are, which I’m always happy to hear hahaha!
