Just took my dog in for an ear infection recheck over 300 on the first visit and now 160 for new checks and swabs and medication. I feel a little robbed because I went back thinking it was a 60 dollar recheck like they said on the phone and it was their medication that didn't work the first time. The long waits and chaos trying to leave with all the dogs in the waiting room needs quicker and more fair service.
I was impressed with the level of care and expertise.
Miss violet came into the clinic, with loss of fur, over weight, and lethargic. After diagnosed only a few days ago and put on meds for thyroid issues she has perked up! Thank you to everyone that helped violet, 5 stars earned!
I can’t say enough good things about Black Mountain Veterinary Hospital. As a first-time pet parent, I was extremely anxious, especially dealing with my puppy’s sickness. These past seven months have been overwhelming at times, but Dr. G and the entire team have been nothing short of incredible. Dr. G is compassionate, patient, and truly cares.
